If your hens start laying 8 new eggs a day, and you can't think what to do with them, make crepes!crepes
Lots and lots of crepes!

Then stuff them full of scrambled eggs, sausage, and maple syrup. Yummmm!crepes
What a great week to have too many eggs. Our Easter baskets will be full of eggs!

YUM! The blender method is the best for making easy crepes. Is that how you made yours? Actually that's the only way I know how to make them. :)
How long have you had chickens? My sister has them (she lives on a farm.)and I'd love to get some someday!

No I didn't use the blender method, You'll have to tell me how to do it. Is it faster? We have had chickens for one year now and they have been great!
