My son's birthday is coming up so I thought I'd get myself back into the blogging world to share these invitations I just made. The black flags are made from stiff felt and the scull was made by carving a stamp out of a tiny apple I picked from my back yard. The back of the invitations are made from a vintage map I scanned. My favorite part is that the felt turns into a pirate flag!I can't believe I haven't blogged for three months.
Why was I gone for three months you ask? Well I am currently four months pregnant so... lets just say my keyboard is grateful because I couldn't toss any cookies onto it if I stayed away. Please forgive me the long long break I took but seriously I wasn't doing anything too exciting. I'm feeling great now and we are super excited. We will find out the sex of the baby next week!
